This week’s episode finds us (well, Sam) on location at The District, a Denver bar that slings bad ass brew and makes some killer food. They are putting on their first beer dinner on March 30, and are partnering with Kansas City’s Boulevard Brewing Company for five courses of amazing sounding food. Also, apologies to Boulevard for having Bell’s in the episode’s photo. We have no idea what we’re doing over here.
We drank some Hopslam and barrel aged quad and chatted with the guys from The District. Their beer curator and executive chef, along with Boulevard’s Denver sales rep, were all ready to give us a feel for all the sweet shit that will be going into people’s mouths during the dinner. Along the way, we end up talking about Genny Light, how Pete almost got him and Sam arrested and then come up with an alternate name for Irish Car Bombs (see title). All in all, a pretty good St. Paddy’s day. Check it out. And rate our shit on iTunes. And yada yada yada…
